Shipping Policy

Of course we do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 17:00 on the same day. However, we are not always able to comply with this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If for whatever reason we cannot meet the delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

The shipping time is based on which product(s), quantity, Country(state).

(Shipping time for custom products can take longer due to the process).

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the ordered products, you can return them. For the return you can contact us and for this we need your name, company name and order number. As soon as we have received the returned products, we will check them first. The products must still be unused. As soon as the products have arrived in our warehouse and are still unused, we will refund the amount.

(Customized products cannot be returned).
